Senior First Aid. National recognition

Prerequisites: Minimum age is 15. Must complete the on line component first.

10/06/2011 and 13/06/2011 Cudgen (not sure about dates seem not to make sense)

30/07/2010 Brunswick

28/08/2011 Lennox

ARTC National recognition (Includes ARC, DEFIB, SUCTION)

Prerequisites: Minimum age is 15; Provide emergency care (all Bronze or SFA holders have this).

6/06/2011 and 7/06/2011 Cudgen

7/08/2011 Yamba

13/08/2011 Brunswick

3/09/2011 Ballina

Prerequisites: Minimum age is 16; Provide emergency care (all Bronze or SFA holders have this).

24/07/2011 Ballina

8/10/2011 Cabarita

Prerequisites: Participants must be a minimum of 16 years of age on the date of final assessment.

10/09/2011 Cabarita

Prerequisites: Participants must be a minimum of 18 years of age on the date of final assessment.

16/07/2011 and 17/07/2011 Byron Bay

17/07/2011 Assessor Validation (for assessors who do not hold Cert IV to bring them up to date).

Silver Medallion Basic Beach Management (old patrol captain’s course)

Prerequisites: Minimum age is 17; Be proficient in one of:

Surf Rescue Certificate

Bronze Medallion/Cert II

Radio Operator Certificate

Basic Emergency Care

Resuscitation Certificate

Silver Medallion Radio Controller

Advanced Resuscitation Certificate

Senior First Aid

Defibrillation Certificate

Spinal Management

ARTC

This is a requirement for the Gold Medallion
